As part of the KYC process, you will be required to provide a clear copy of both sides of your CNIC, a recent selfie photograph for facial verification, and, where required, documentation evidencing your source of funds. bte555 processes KYC submissions promptly and will communicate the outcome to your registered mobile number.
For Accounts with high transaction volumes or where bte555's compliance systems flag elevated risk indicators, enhanced due diligence may be required. This may include requests for additional source-of-funds documentation, utility bills for address verification, or supplementary identity checks. Accounts subject to enhanced due diligence will have withdrawal functionality suspended pending satisfactory completion of the enhanced review process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bte555 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bte555 will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bte555 support immediately.
You agree to notify bte555 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login security. bte555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use is the result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All Bonus Balances credited to a bte555 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum bet per round, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are specified for each promotion individually. Bets placed on excluded games or below the minimum stake threshold do not count towards wagering requirement completion.

Bonus Balances and associated free spin credits that are not used within the stated promotional validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Account. bte555 is under no obligation to restore expired bonuses. bte555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your Account has been flagged by bte555's compliance systems for suspicious activity; you have failed to complete or maintain KYC verification; your use of the Platform creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for bte555; or bte555 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any amounts owed to bte555 or held pending investigation) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending compliance review. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure and are not returnable under any circumstances.
You may close your bte555 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to completion of any pending transactions.
